Italian Impressions VIII

This week is Italy week here at European Chic! More photos from Italy. Campli is a small community in the mountains which is famous for its ceramics. I like the traditional patterns very much and think that they work well even in modern interiors. The ceramics museum is sadly still closed due to the damages caused by the earthquake in April 2009.

  1. Stunning! I love the warmth of all the old buildings and faded reds and oranges. I lived in Italy for a year and it was so incredible - what a beautiful culture!

  2. Oh, I'm lusting for more, Sweetheart! The balustrades in the last two photos *get* me, in particular. Gorgeous. J x

  3. Who does NOT love Italy? I venture to say we are influenced by it at least 1x every 2 days if not more (I have to limit my pasta eating affinity to at least 2xweek). Viva la Italia Bella!!!
